Advance Registration closing date: July 31, 2006.

Any registration after July 31, 2006 (postmark cut-off) will be charged the on-site registration fees.

1)  REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

For Authors: 

The online registration system will be opened for registration from June 9, 2006 onwards.

If you have created an account for yourself, please login with the Login ID that was assigned to you and the password that was set by you when you submitted your papers earlier on. Do not create a new account.

If you have lost your ID and/or password, please email to icon2006@sp.edu.sg for assistance.
 
Kindly note that

  • one full author registration guarantees the publication of up to only two accepted papers in the conference proceedings;
  • at least one author of an accepted paper must register as a full member/ non-member delegate; and
  • if a student is the sole author of an accepted paper or if only the student co-author of an accepted paper is registering for the conference, the student will need to register as a member/non-member and pay the member/non-member registration fees.

You can only upload your camera-ready paper after you have registered and made payment for the Conference.

For Delegates:

The online registration system will be opened for registration from June 9, 2006 onwards.

  1. Please click here to access the online registration system.
  2. Click on the link to create your own account and password. You will then receive an auto-email informing you of your login ID and the password you have created.
  3. After obtaining your login ID and password, please login to the online registration system to complete your personal particulars. You may now proceed to register for the Conference and/or Tutorial.
  4. To register for the Conference, click on the Register for Conference link and it will bring you to the Registration Form.
  5. Complete the form and make payment accordingly.

The Conference Organising Committee reserves the right to cancel any tutorial due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such cancellation, full refund of tutorial fees will be made to you after the conference.

3)  CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation must be made in writing or by fax to (+65) 6772 1954
    By July 31, 2006              -           Full refund, but with S$100 processing fee
    After July 31, 2006          -           No refund
  • Substitutions will be accepted at any stage.
  • All refunds, if any, will be mailed to you after the conference.
