Course Objective

This course equips participants with skills and knowledge to deliver effective structured coaching sessions at their workplace.

To enable participants to

  1. Gain knowledge of models used in coaching
  2. Learn strategies for effective delivery of coaching conversation
  3. Plan, monitor and review progress of Learner
  4. Harness online tools to deliver offsite coaching sessions

Course Outline

This course will cover key competencies such as

a. Assess Learning Needs
b. Facilitate Learning
c. Plan Learning Experiences
d. How to provide and ongoing feedback in one-to-one or small group coaching sessions
e. Workplace Learning

Minimum Requirements

  •  
  • Basic skills in coaching small groups
  • Basic proficiency in English
  • Currently working or volunteering with self-help groups and working in VWOs
  •  

Certification / Accreditation


• Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate

• Certificate of Completion (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate

Suitable for

Adults who are currently working or volunteering part-time with self-help groups, working in VWOs. They must be proficient in English.
