The national HR certification framework identifies Labour Policies and Legislation as one of the Foundational competencies of future-ready HR professionals. This is incorporated as part of the IHRP Certification.

Course Objective

This 2-day workshop focuses on enhancing the participant’s knowledge and application on laws relating to employment in Singapore. This is an IHRP accredited course that aligns to the Labour Policies and Legislation competency covered in the IHRP Certification.

At the end of the workshop, participants will have a better understanding of the labour legislation &policies and their practical applications.
