The Diploma in Facilities Management (DFM) is a three-year full-time course that prepares graduates to meet the needs of the increasingly important facilities management industry.

The demand for facilities management services has grown exponentially, with growing demand for building and infrastructure development and increased emphasis for cost efficient and greener buildings.

Facilities Management is a profession that encompasses multidisciplinary activities of integrating people, place, process and technology to ensure functional, economical and safety use of facilities for its intended purpose. It is an integrated approach to operate, maintain, improve and adapt the buildings and its infrastructure, with the purpose of improving the quality of life of people and optimising the use of, and manage workplaces to deliver the organisation’s strategic objectives.

This course prepares you for an exciting facilities management career with property developers and owners, service providers, government agencies and statutory boards.

Here, you will be trained with a combination of facilities management, business and technical skills, which develop your versatility and give you a head start in your career.

Besides the diploma, you will also be awarded with a Supervise Construction Work for WSH Certificate, a bizSAFE Level 2 (Risk Management) Certificate and a Fire Safety Manager Certificate that allows you to be a qualified Fire Safety Manager.
