Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (NUS), a Diploma in Training and Development (Silver Medalist) SIM, and a Diploma in Training Management from the Institute of Training and Development (United Kingdom).
She joined SP in 2005 and is currently a Senior Lecturer and Course Manager for the Diploma in Human Resource Management with Psychology (DHRMP) course in SP Business School
Jacqueline possesses extensive experience in the field of Human Resources (HR) in various industry sectors, including Banking, Hospitality and Educational Institutions. Jacqueline has held several senior positions in industry, having been the Vice President (HR) of United Overseas Bank as well as the Vice President (Training) of Overseas Union Bank. In addition, Jacqueline was also an Associate Consultant with Kepner-Tregoe Southeast Asia Ltd and the Service Quality (SQ) Centre Pte Ltd.
Jacqueline's HR experience includes recruitment & staffing, employee compensation and retention, performance management, talent management, organizational development, training & development and developing training information needs.
In keeping with her HR background and industry experience, Jacqueline conducts specialised HR modules such as “Compensation & Benefits Management” and “HR Information System”. Jacqueline sees herself as a mentor and counselor to her students. She believes that students learn best when they take responsibility for their learning and participate actively in the learning process. Nothing makes her happier than seeing her students achieving their educational goals and building strong bonds with each other.
