Jerome Goh started and managed a business a couple of years after graduating from NTU. His business venture brought him to many parts of mainland China, including Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai. Over a 12-years period, he bridged the West and the East, in co-operative investments ranging from typical financial products to specially tailored instruments. Part of his clientele included American and European companies which sought business opportunities in China.
Jerome believes the world is the stage for every aspiring entrepreneur, especially so for fellow Singaporeans living in a “little red dot”. He sets for himself the task of sharing his experiences in business with students via platforms ranging from tutorial and lectures classes to informal chit chat sessions. His aim is to motivate students to look beyond our shores for future business opportunities and at the same time, strengthen their appreciation for foreign business cultures and practices.
