DTRM focuses on equipping students with a broad business education on tourism with real-life training and exposure on hotels, attractions, travel agencies, and events management. It teaches the importance of serving with passion, attaining global orientation and achieving professional competency through soft skills such as emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Hotel/Resorts operational skills such as Front Office, Concierge, Reservations and Housekeeping
  • Food and Beverage Management combined with elements of service
  • Tour guiding and events management . Other aspects include soft skills such as Emotional Intelligence and interpersonal relations
