Design Studios provide a creative environment for interaction of ideas and collaboration on design projects between lecturers and students. The interior spatial concept adds to the hybrid nature of the students design processes, optimising their learning experience in design education with the right mix of technology, hardware and pedagogy.
Drawing Studios facilitate student-centric learning with portable equipment for highly flexible spatial arrangements coupled with lighting control. The studios are AV-enabled, and fully equipped with teaching aids such as anatomy models and props for both perceptual and inventive drawing.
Project Workshop is a facility for 3-dimensional interactive modelling and rapid prototyping. It is equipped with materials and tools to explore future developments in arts and technology. An induction course prepares students on the methodology to transform their design projects into reality.
