MM6103 The Airline Industry

This module aims to equip students with the basic understanding of the volatile aviation landscape and how difficult aviation situations could be managed. This module also provide students with fundamental knowledge of management concepts that are essential in capitalising on the benefits of business transportation.

MM6104 Terminal Operations & Management

This module discusses the challenges of running a competitive airport terminal and difficulties faces by airport operators and their ground handling agents.

MM6105 Ramp Operations & Management

This module focusses on the complexities of the airside environment as well as how to better manage the airside operations and safety.
