“It was a great experience for me! The questions asked were relevant and the interviewers’ feedback was extremely helpful. Now I know how I can do better for future interviews.”
These were the comments given by Year 3 SP students on our Peer Coaching Programme – “Interviews LIVE”, a second time collaboration between SP Business School and the Student Service Centre.
Held on 5 November 2014, 37 Year 2 students from the Diploma in Human Resource Management with Psychology (DHRMP) conducted mock interviews, as well as, gave constructive feedback to 26 Year 3 SP students. The objective of this Peer Coaching programme is to help Year 3 students, from all academic schools, prepare for university admission interviews, scholarship applications and job interviews, by providing them the opportunity to practise and hone their interview skills.
