The Singapore Polytechnic Business School has hosted the 14th Young Entrepreneurship Challenge (YES) 2012. This year’s theme was Designing Business for Social Good. Through this program, students learnt to develop an entrepreneurial thinking and arrive at proposals for innovative products or service that benefits the society.
The students were taught by our own Business School lecturers and senior students on various skills such as the use of Business Design and pitching. Many programs and fun activities were conducted for the students.
They were also given the chance to showcase what they have learnt through classroom presentations and finally pitching their proposals to a panel of judges on stage.
The teams worked hard to fight for the top eight spots but at the end of the day, Nan Chiau High School came up top as the Grand Champion Team receiving the Young Entrepreneurship Challenge Shield and total cash prizes of $1,750.
