Q. Who can apply for academic transcripts?

Only graduates, former and current students of the Singapore Polytechnic may apply for academic transcript.

Q. Payment for application of academic transcript?

For each set of transcripts, a fee of SGD$10.70 (inclusive of 7% GST) will be charged.

 

Payment By Cash, Cheque or Bankdraft

  • Cash payments are to be made at the Finance Counter, 2nd storey, Administration Block (opposite the Main Library), Singapore Polytechnic from 8.30am to 5.00pm.
  • Only payments by NETS are accepted at the Student Service Centre.
  • Payments by cheques/*bankdrafts should be made payable to "Singapore Polytechnic" in Singapore currency and sent to the Examinations Office together with the completed application form.
  • Applicants requesting for copies of their transcripts to be sent overseas are also required to pay an additional postal charge of SGD$6.40 (inclusive of 7% GST) for each overseas address.
  • All applications will be processed only after the appropriate payment has been made.

* Payment by bankdraft must be made payable to the Singapore Polytechnic in Singapore currency, to a bank in Singapore.

E-Payment
Payment By Credit Card or Internet Banking

  • The following e-payment modes are also available:
  • (a) Credit Card - VISA, MasterCard
  • (b) Internet banking - only for Citibank, DBS, OCBC and UOB Account holders
  • Applicants requesting for copies of their transcripts to be sent overseas are also required to pay an additional postal charge of SGD$6.40 (inclusive of 7% GST) for each overseas address.
  • All applications will be processed only after the appropriate payment has been made.

Q. Where to obtain the application form?
  • Application forms for academic transcripts/summarised listing of examination results may be obtained from the Student Service Centre during office hours.
  • You can also click here to download the Academic Transcript application form in PDF format.

To read and print PDF documents, you need Acrobat Reader, which is available as a free download from Adobe for most systems.

Q. Submission of the completed application form?
  • Applicants must ensure that application forms are complete before submission.
  • Completed application forms must be submitted to the Student Service Centre during office hours.
  • You can also mail the application form to the Examinations Office.

Q. Collection of the academic transcripts?
  • You may either collect your transcripts personally from the Student Service Centre during office hours, or you may request for your transcripts to be posted to your home/overseas address.
  • You can also authorise someone to collect your academic transcripts on your behalf, by providing the person's particulars on the application form.
  • Please allow 3 to 6 working days for the processing of your application. All applications will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Processing time stated does not include mailing time.
  • Prepared transcripts not collected within 3 months will be discarded.
Q. Where is the Finance Counter?

The Finance Counter is located at the Administration Building, 2nd Storey, Singapore Polytechnic, 500 Dover Road, Singapore 139651 (opposite the Main Library).

Mondays to Fridays : 8.30 am to 5.00 pm

Eve of Major Public Holidays: 8:30 am to 1.00 pm
Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays : Closed
