Singapore Poly wins a silver award at Korea Intelligent Robotics Contest (KIRC) 2006

Well done!
Judges taking a closer look at SP's robot.

Singapore Polytechnic's Singapore Robotics Game (SRG) team from the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering garnered a silver award at the Korea Intelligent Robotics Contest 2006 (KIRC 2006).

The contest was held at Andong Indoor Gymnasium, Andong City, Korea from 28 September to 2 October 2006.

KIRC 2006 was held in conjunction with a science festival and a major cultural event Andong mask festival.

There were altogether 62 teams two of which were invited from East Asia and Singapore. In total there were three grand prize awards, five gold awards and five silver awards in different categories.
