Outstanding CLS students honoured at
SP Excellence Awards Ceremony

The SP Excellence Award Ceremony was held at Swissotel Merchant Court on 8 March 2012. A total of 7 different categories of awards were given out, including the inaugural Outstanding Class Leader Award, Outstanding Contribution Award (Group and Individual), Sports Award, Sportsman and Sportswoman of the Year, Sports Team of the Year and Model Student Award.


The School of Chemical and Life Sciences congratulates the following award recipients:


Model Student Award

Matthew James (Diploma in Chemical Engineering) (left) and Song Shang Qian (Diploma in Nutrition, Health and Wellness) (right) were presented with the Model Student Award for their excellent academic and CCA achievements.


Sports Award

Matthew James was recently awarded the Nanyang Scholarship to pursue the Renaissance Engineering Programme at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). This award is offered to top students with strong academic credentials.
