Course Objective

To examine candidates on PPCDL Theory.


Suitable for

Anyone interested in handling a Powered Pleasure Craft.

Course Outline

30 Multiple Choice Questions based on PPCDL syllabus.


Minimum Entry Requirements

  1. Must be 16 years of age
  2. Have successfully completed an approved PPCDL Theory course in Malay on the handling of a powered pleasure craft, at any of the PPCDL Centres approved by MPA.
  3. Must have passed a sight test and is not physically handicapped.

Mode of Assessment

Candidates will be required to attempt and pass both the theory and practical assessments.

Application Procedure

1. All applications must be made via Online Registration at www.pace.sp.edu.sg

Course fees can be paid by the following payment modes:
a) For E-payment using Visa/Master cards, please click on the ‘Make e-Payment’ button on the acknowledgement page to proceed.

b) For NETS payment, you can pay at:

PACE Academy

Mon-Fri: 8:30am to 7:30pm

 

c) For Cash payment, you can pay at:
Singapore Polytechnic
Finance Department
Admin Building, Level 2
Mon-Fri: 8:30am to 5:00pm


2. Withdrawal and Deferment
a) Deferment is only permitted based on Medical Reasons and National Mobilisation with supporting documents.
b) Withdrawal/Cancellation is NOT allowed.
c) Booking Fees is Non-Refundable.


The Singapore Polytechnic also reserves the right to amend the fees charged or the period and duration of the courses.

The data provided to Singapore Polytechnic will be kept strictly confidential and will be used for the purpose of course administration. The data may be passed on to the relevant organisations that require the information related to the course.

50% subsidy for Singapore Citizens & Permanent Residents. This will be offset  at the Payment Page.

 

Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents: $20 (without GST)

Foreigners:$40 (without GST)
