You have a passion for Engineering and would like a foundation in Business. Should you choose an Engineering course or a Business course? Why not have BOTH ? We have the perfect solution for you: the Diploma in Engineering with Business.

The Diploma in Engineering with Business is a multi-disciplinary course that:

Equips you with the knowledge and skills in engineering principles, enabling technologies and business fundamentals.
Develops the entrepreneurial mindset in you.
Includes a one-semester internship or overseas immersion programme.
Offers an opportunity to take a Diploma-Plus programme which will give you an extra edge in your career or a headstart in your further studies.
Provides the flexibility to pursue a degree in engineering or business.

Employers are now looking for graduates who are technically competent, and with business knowledge in marketing, sales, project management and business development. In a speech at The Entrepreneur of the Year 2007 award presentation ceremony, Mr Teo Chee Hean, former Minister for Defence said, "The popular debate over whether an education in the humanities or in science and technology is more useful, presents a false choice. An educated person should have grounding in both. He should understand technologies that drive human progress and the broader societal context in which those technologies are applied.'

Our courses are flexible:
You can take up the Diploma Plus Programme, which will give you an extra edge in your career or a headstart in your further studies. The Diploma Plus Program is in addition to your diploma course.

Course Structure
You will gain knowledge and skills in engineering principles, technologies and business fundamentals with a strong grounding in Maths and communication skills. You will be versatile to pursue rewarding careers in engineering and business sectors. In the final year, you will be able to participate in an internship/overseas immersion programme.
