Now you can find out how! Introduction to Food Innovation will give you an understanding of the product development process in the food industry. Besides learning about food and food processing in the design of new food products, you'll also get a chance to plan and execute a food development project in one of these applications: Bakery, Dairy, Confectionery (Candy), Beverage or Snack!
