This course is the first of its kind in Singapore, aiming to provide the best education and training for students in two distinct areas: Hotel Management and Facilities Management of hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, commercial buildings, private & public housing, hospitals, airports, seaports and other physical assets.

Singapore is seeing unprecedented growth in tourist arrivals and hotel occupancy. Hotels, serviced apartments, student hostels and economy class lodgings are sprouting up all over Singapore, thus the growing demand for this expertise.

Students will be taught a combination of business, management and technical skills. Important areas of study include hotel operations, front office management, rooms division management, tourism & leisure management, food & beverage, safety, health & security, mechanical & electrical services, structure & fabrics, financial planning, budgeting and project management. Strong emphasis is also placed on Environmental Management & Sustainability in hotels.

In the final year, students will opt for one of two options:

Students’ learning will be enhanced through a one-semester internship during the final year of their studies.
