Daily Operational Hours

The e-Services are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week (excluding maintenance, upgrade and physical environment disruption due to external parties and planned shutdown).

The support hours are during normal office hours 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (exclude Public Holidays).
