Trails of the Forbidden Forest

SAFRA Punggol “Trails of the Forbidden Forest” aims to strengthen family bonding through a one-night family friendly Halloween event. The event saw the arrival and interaction of over 1000 attendees spending their evening at the various exciting kids-friendly activity stations and programmes - no tricks, just spooky fun!

A team of students from the Diploma in integrated Events & Project Management (DEPM) conceptualised, proposed ideas, recruited and managed helpers, scare actors, procure logistics and set up activity stations. On event days, the team was responsible to manage attendees, activities and volunteers at the various zones.

The theme of Witches, Wizards & Magic together with the storyline of the Ong’s Siblings captured by an evil witch explored both the mystical wonders and dark side of witchcraft and magic, as families brave through the Forbidden Forest with their young ones to rescue the
trapped Ong’s Siblings.

Families embarked on a magical journey walking the trails filled with scare zones, carnival games, Halloween theme craft activities, themed food and beverages, bouncy castles, movie screenings, contests, magic performances, etc.
