This project explores the BIM application in quantity estimation for formworks during construction. The BIM application to be developed aims to help the industry partner improve productivity of current practices in quantity estimation for formworks. The technical path of the development uses software application development tools to customise the computation part of the BIM software so as to perform quick estimation of quantities of formwork for a building construction project.
