Is Singapore Polytechnic selling noodles?

No, but Kwong Seng International Pte Ltd partnered SP to create three special, 2-ply noodles for SP’s 50th Anniversary back in 2005.

“Oodles” comprised three variants: Spinach-Paprika, Sesame-Pandan and Soy-Pumpkin. Innovative & attractive, the noodles garnered the Innovation Award from the SIFST Food Product Award for 2005-2007! Better still, the noodles carried the Healthier Choice Symbol for being lower in fat and sodium and higher in dietary fibre!

Today, this product has morphed into fresh spinach, paprika and sesame noodles. Kwong Seng even went on to produce low Glycaemic Index noodles, with SP’s help – just so they can offer their customers more healthful choices!
