SIFST Student Symposium

The Singapore Institute of Food Science and Technology (SIFST) had organised the SIFST Student Symposium for polytechnic, undergraduate and postgraduate students to present significant developments in research and innovations in food science and technology.

Third Year Food Science & Technology student, Sean Goh Yong Yie’s research project on probiotics was shortlisted to compete in the finals and won the First Prize under the Polytechnic Category.
