Congratulations to Fan Chongyue for being awarded the Lee Kuan Yew Scholarship to Encourage Upgrading (LKY-STEP) award. This scholarship is to encourage outstanding polytechnic graduates to upgrade by pursuing full-time undergraduate studies at our universities.
