I’ve always had a passion for IT, and being able to study the subject I love made the journey fun and engaging. In DIT, I was taught solid skills and was mentored by lecturers who went above and beyond. My achievements are not my own, but a culmination of the guidance and work put in by the lecturers.

SoC DIT has affirmed my childhood passion in the information technology and laid the necessary technological foundation for me to further my studies. The curriculum covers various programming languages and domains such as full-stack development, cybersecurity and project management. I was given the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals, take on client-facing projects, be under the guidance of caring lecturers and most importantly, explore, discover and learn. SoC has also sparked my entrepreneurial spirit and I intend to leverage on the knowledge imparted to bring about positive change within and outside Singapore.

When I enrolled in SP DIT, I knew nothing about IT. Fortunately, I have met many experienced, warm-hearted, and professional lecturers. They have not only imparted to me IT knowledge, but have also taught me to be resourceful, proactive, and passionate about learning. We are constantly motivated to discover different IT topics and explore our passions and strengths. Being exposed to the various technologies also helped me determine my career path. I appreciate the well-planned curriculums provided by SOC!
