EEE Annual Awards Ceremony 2019

07 Aug 2019

The EEE Annual Awards are given to students in the top 10% of their cohort in each academic year, earning them a place on the Director’s Honours Roll (DHR). The Awards Ceremony celebrates the achievements of the DHR students, and allows them an opportunity to share their joy with their parents, as well as network with their peers, course management team, industry sponsors and secondary school teachers.

The EEE Annual Awards Ceremony 2019 was held on 5 July 2019 to honour DHR students for the 2018/2019 academic year. In his opening address, our director, Mr Toh Ser Khoon, touched on Self Directed Learning, the A-shaped diploma graduate, the EEE DNA and the top students’ portfolio.

An Outstanding alumnus, Lee Wen Wei, who was the DEEE Gold Medallist and Institutional Medallist in 2018, was invited to share about his journey in SP and how SP has shaped him to be what he is today – the founder of a start-up company, Fix IT Today, and an NTU undergraduate on a Nanyang Scholarship.

Special student performances, like the Wushu display, the Guzheng duet and the piano solo, added an element of fun to the event, while a photo booth created memories to keep and treasure.
