DEB students won 1st place in RoboCup Asia-Pacific Tianjin Invitational Tournament 2019, 16 -18 May 2019 in Tianjin, China
Year 3 DEB students, Thaw Tint Te Tun and Su Wai Wai Zin, won 1st place in the CoSpace Rescue (University Category) of the RoboCup Asia-Pacific Tianjin Invitational Tournament 2019. Organised by Tsinghua University, the RoboCup Asia-Pacific (RCAP) Tianjin Invitational Tournament was held in conjunction with the 3rd World Intelligence Congress (WIC) from 16 -18 May 2019 in Tianjin, China. About 400 participants from more than 10 countries participated in the tournament. CoSpace Rescue (University Category) was newly introduced to the RCAP event. Participants competed in developing Artificial Intelligent (AI) strategy for search and rescue operations using CoSpace platform. 8 teams from China, Russia and Singapore participated in CoSpace Rescue (University Category), including
