4 DAYS OF FUN AND LAUGHTER DURING ASEIEP 2017.

A total of 391 Secondary 3 students and 16 teachers attended the EEE outreach programme for Applied Studies Experience and Industry Exposure Programme (ASEIEP) 2017 held at the “Introduction to Engineering (IE) Lab” from 10 to 13 Oct 2017. The programme, which included a course talk followed by hands-on project, aimed to give Secondary 3 students insights into poly courses and to support them in making better education and career choices in secondary school and beyond.

Apart from being introduced to the 6 diploma courses offered by the School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), they learnt the difference between Poly and JC education and the details of the Early Admission Exercise (EAE).  In the hands-on project, they were introduced to the wonders of electrical & electronics engineering through assembling a Bluetooth car that can be controlled by their Android phone, and also having fun racing against each other.
