[Closed] Sensory Tasting Of Plant-Based Vegan Meat

You are invited to participate in a sensory tasting for plant-based vegan meat samples for a duration of 60 minutes on either of the following dates:

  • 15th November 2021,
  • 16th November 2021,
  • 22nd November 2021 or
  • 23rd November 2021.

The sensory includes tasting of samples and answering questionnaire about the plant-based products is to be held at Food Innovation & Resource Centre (FIRC) at block T11B level 3 room 01, Singapore Polytechnic.

Below are the criteria to qualify for the sensory trial:

  1. Age between 21-45 years old.
  2. Not allergic or intolerant to any food ingredients.
  3. Meat or seafood eaters.
  4. Able to converse in English fluently and well verse in using a computer.
  5. Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (selected participant will be asked to show the proof of vaccination before they are allowed to enter FIRC facilities).

To compensate for the time and efforts taken, all participants successfully attended the sensory trial will receive a token of appreciation.

All participation is voluntary. If you are interested, do apply here by 12th November 2021. Slots are based on first-come, first-served basis.  An email will be sent to confirm your appointment if you are shortlisted.

Please be assured that any information that have been provided will be kept strictly confidential, and that the FIRC will not release any information that can be linked to you.
