This course will provide participants with the essential knowledge and skills to become a successful creative entrepreneur. This includes an understanding of the creative entrepreneurial mindset, design & developing a business plan, developing your brand & marketing strategies and implementing & evaluating your start-up.

Course Objective

The objective of this course is to enable opportunities for participants to have ownership of one's creative skill set, expand & apply their fundamentals and provide an environment for creative entrepreneurial exploration to test and grow their creative business model by managing their business and executing their creative business growth plan.

Course Outline

By the end of the course, participants will be able to: 
- Manage creative business by target setting and operate business according to creative industry standards.
- Develop & execute a creative business growth plan. 
- Leverage on current trends to produce creative solutions. 
- Establish a creative & unique branding and extend their business network.

Upon passing the assessment of each certificate, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
Upon completion of all the certificates, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion for the SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP).

With the skills and knowledge gained from this programme, participants who have completed the course will be able to take on new challenges in the Design & Media industry with job roles as follows:

Suitable for

All Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents who are looking for training opportunities to transit to a new sector or job role. Both unemployed and employed individuals can participate in SCTP, as long as they can fulfil training commitments, including minimum attendance requirements and passing of assessments.

As per SSG’s policy, the GST payable for all funding-eligible applicants is calculated based on prevailing GST rate after baseline funding subsidy of 70%

Singaporeans aged 25 years and above may use **SkillsFuture Credit balance to offset respective course fees.

2 Under the SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) subsidy, additional course fee funding support of up to 95% of course fees for jobseekers with greater needs. • Long-term unemployed individuals (unemployed for six months or more); or
• Individuals in need of financial assistance – ComCare, Short-to-Medium Term Assistance (SMTA) recipients or Workfare Income Supplement (WIS) recipients; or
