Course Objectives

Project Management is all about being efficient and effective and in this workshop you will learn the concepts, techniques and processes that will help you lead projects successfully and motivate your team. In the course we find how project management enables organisational outcomes in terms of project selection, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling. The key constraints of Scope, Time, and Cost are integrated with Earned Value Management (EVM), to monitor and accurately estimate project outcomes. This course will help participants be familiar with the PMP certification exam.

Value-Added Factors

PMI® requires 35 hours of specific project management education in order to qualify for the PMP® certification. Upon successful completion of this course, candidates are awarded 35 PDUs, which will satisfy this eligibility criteria.

Suitable for

The course is intended for those who manage or lead projects and/or members of a project team who intend to adorn themselves with the globally acclaimed PMP® certification.


Minimum Entry Requirements / Assumed Skills and Knowledge

Prior Project Management Experience.


Award / Certification / Accreditation

Participants upon achieving 75% attendance rate will be awarded the Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate).

A 35 PDUs Certificate will be issued to the participants to enable them to take up PMP® Certification by PMI®

c) Cheques
Please make cheques payable to “Singapore Polytechnic”. Do cross the cheque and write the Registration Reference ID, Applicant Name and NRIC/FIN number at the back of the cheque. When you have completed required details, you may mail the cheque here
