Course Objective
The objective of this course is to equip Technical Staff with an appreciation on internet of things (IoT) and data management. Participants can apply the knowledge and skills to help them improve their operational tasks and increase work productivity.
Course Outline
By the end of the course, learners will be able to:
•Identify the technologies in a typical IoT application
•Conduct a Case Study on Traditional Vs IoT Data Processing
•Describe how sensors’ data can be sent over to IoT cloud platform for visualization and remote monitoring
•Retrieve sensors’ data from the IoT cloud platform and store it into mobile devices or PC
•Explain the introduction to collection and management of data and graphical tools for data analysis and visualisations
•Describe the essential rules of data handling such as single source of truth, managing data securely and timely & accurate update of data
•Analyse the data and create a report card based on the analysis

All engineering technical or personnel.

Diploma, ITE holders and any participants with engineering or IT background.

Please make cheques payable to “Singapore Polytechnic”. Do cross the cheque and write the Registration Reference ID, Applicant Name and NRIC/FIN number at the back of the cheque. When you have completed required details, you may mail the cheque here.
