Mode of Training:
Facilitated Learning (F2F)
By the end of the course, learners will be able to:
• Explain how computational design can be part of the IDD workflow.
• Work with parametric models as part of the computational design work in the IDD workflow.
• Run basic optimisation with the parametric model.
This Course aims to provide trainees with the understanding of computational design processes which are part of the execution of Integrated Digital Delivery [IDD]. Laboratory practices will be conducted to facilitate learning. Trainees will be introduced to parametric modelling and experience how to work with parametric models and computational design techniques.
Topics to be covered
1. Lab Introduction to Parametric Modelling
2. Lab Practical and Exercise 1
3. Lab on workflow for Parametric Modelling
4. Lab Practical and exercise 2
5. Lab on Computational Technique
