Course Introduction
This course trains personnel on how to be adept in using a variety of facilitation approaches to meet the desired learning outcomes and learner needs.
Course Objectives
This course aims to equip participants with skills and competencies to deliver learning products and services. The course also equips participants with a variety of learning delivery modes and practical methods to transfer knowledge and skills in managing group dynamics.

Suitable for
Adults who are currently working or volunteering part-time with self-help groups, working in VWOs.
Minimum Entry Requirements / Assumed Skills and Knowledge
• Basic skills in coaching small groups
• Preferably an “A” level holder and above
• Currently working or volunteering with self-help grpoups and working in VWOs
Award / Certification / Accreditation
• Certificate of Performance (electronic Certificate) will be awarded to participants who pass the examination and meet at least 75% attendance rate.

Please make cheques payable to “Singapore Polytechnic”. Do cross the cheque and write the Registration Reference ID, Applicant Name and NRIC/FIN number at the back of the cheque. When you have completed required details, you may mail the cheque here.
