This course helps participants to develop BIM Execution Plan for a Design/ Construction Project. As BIM or IDD have a very broad spectrum of topics, this course is targeted at BIM training where it focuses on executing BIM in a project worked in participant‘s office.
Digital Execution aims to provide participants with knowledge on how to adopt BIM in an Organisation using the Singapore and Global Standard BIM Guide. Participants will be taught through mentorship on how to utilise BIM guides as a methodology to execute BIM in Building Design and Construction Project.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1. Produce Building Information Modelling (BIM) Execution Plan (BEP)
2. Execute BEP in Building Design and Construction Project

Assistant Specialist (Digital Delivery)/Specialist (Digital Delivery)/Lead (Digital Delivery) and Chief Digital Officer
Minimum Entry Requirements / Assumed Skills and Knowledge
The participant shall be a graduate of a relevant Architectural, Landscape Architectural, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and Quantity Surveying or related diploma, with prior CAD software knowledge, from any of the IHL in Singapore. Applicants with other equivalent qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate
• Certificate of Performance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate
