This course is crucial in training Cyber Security and Infocomm Technology personnel across various industries. In the event of a cyber-attack or incident, it is critical for investigations to be carried out in a manner that is forensically sound to preserve evidence if there is a breach of the law. There are far too many cyber-attacks occurring across the globe where laws are clearly broken and due to improper or non-existent forensic investigations, the cyber criminals will go either unidentified, undetected, or are simply not prosecuted. The Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) certifies individuals in the specific security discipline of computer forensics from a vendor-neutral perspective. Upon passing the examination, the CHFI certification awarded by EC-Council will fortify the applicable knowledge to any cyber security professionals concerned about the integrity of the network infrastructure.
The CHFI course provides a strong baseline knowledge to participants on key concepts and practices in the digital forensic domains relevant to organisations today. CHFI also provides participants a firm grasp on the domains of digital forensics which enables them to become invaluable members of Incident handling and Incident response teams.

Minimum Entry Requirement / Assumed Skills and Knowledge
Participants must have basic programming knowledge and have at least two years of working experience in the Information Security domain.
• Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate
• Certificate of Performance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate
Trainer will provide participant with the exam voucher to take up the certification exam.
