Course Objective

The objective of this course is to equip participants with the necessary skills to:

manage and engage more effectively through active listening and empathetic speaking at the workplace
enhance audience-centric communication through effective interpersonal communication
identify communication barriers and how to overcome them

Course Outline

• Understand key communication barriers and how to overcome them
• Work towards achieving goals in a more collaborative, understanding, and open manner
• Manage differences in outlook and approach in a group setting
• Apply different approaches to resolving interpersonal issues
• Manage and engage more effectively through active listening and empathetic speaking
• Enhance customer-centric communication

Minimum Requirements

Basic English Proficiency. Diploma in any discipline

Certification / Accreditation

• Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate

• Certificate of Completion (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate
