This course sets out to allow participants to apply their theoretical knowledge acquired in the course of the mentioned PCP in manufacturing technologies and methodology via a project to be undertaken in a company of employment or with SP.

Course Objective

Workplace learning forms the cornerstone of CET education where our participants obtain relevant professional industrial insights and skills. Through the format of a project, this course serves as the key platform for our participants to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real-life context and hone their practical skills and cultivate the right working attitude. Participants will be coached as a group for the duration of the course. (This is to take place as part of the PCP)

Course Outline

By the end of the course, participants will be able to: 

1. Create and test hypothesis
2. Evaluate and communicate project outcome.
3. Apply research skills in executing the project.

1. Synthesis of project hypothesis/objective/aim 
2. Collection of data
3. Data analysis and presentation
4. Report writing
5. 1 to 1 project consultancy
6. Project

• Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate

• Certificate of Performance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who pass the examination and meet at least 75% attendance rate
