Singapore Polytechnic (SP) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association (SSIA) on 15 September, 2020 to mark our collaboration to attract and develop new talent for the Semiconductor and Electronic industry through industry outreach, seminars, workforce and enterprise transformation projects and Continuing Education Training (CET) programmes so as to cater to the industry’s needs. 

The collaboration also covers industry, outreach and mentorship programmes, engineering promotions for participants by industry professionals. 

Together with SSIA, we will launch different programmes including short courses, Work-Study Programmes and SGUnited Skills (SGUS) programmes. SP has trained over 100 workers for the following courses in collaboration with SSIA:-
