Course Introduction

The Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) play a key role in equipping our future workforce with the necessary skills aligned to the three key strategies outlined in WSH 2028.

These include inculcating a mindset of WSH ownership in students, educating students on the importance of health and its impact to safety at work, and fostering the spirit of innovation amongst students in co-creating technology-enabled WSH solutions.

Course Objective

This Forum aims to bring together academics from the IHLs in Singapore to share ideas and best practices in preparing its students to be safety conscious. This will augur well for them when they step into the world of work where Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) skills and knowledge will help to create a safe and healthy work environment.
