IndustrialRecruits is an online recruitment web application targeting the industrial engineering industry. IndustrialRecruits was designed with a vision to connect recruiters and skilled workers, aiming to mitigate the lack of job opportunities and excess or lack of skilled workers in the industry by providing more income opportunities to skilled workers through the assignment of manpower to tasks and enabling the platform to facilitate the recruitment process for requesters.
The platform was developed to enable registered skilled workers represented as manpower to indicate their availability and commitment, registered recruiters represented as requesters to list tasks and recruit relevantly skilled manpower and assigned moderators to maintain the platform and facilitate the recruitment process between manpower and requester.
