2 govt agencies to study trends, staffing situation in retail sector

Enterprise Singapore and Workforce Singapore have called a tender for a study on the retail industry's staffing situation and trends that will have an impact on the sector for the next 10 years. Lucas Tok, SP’s digital marketing and branding lecturer opined on how technology is impacting the sector.
