2 Swiss firms tie up to create plant-based food for Asian palate

Two Swiss giants - flavour and fragrance maker Givaudan
and plant equipment manufacturer Buhler - have teamed up to launch a Protein Innovation Centre that is dedicated to creating and developing plant-based food that caters to the Asian palate. SP’s Food Innovation Resource Centre was mentioned as a platform that is accelerating innovations in alternative protein products.
