4,000 jobs provided by S'pore’s tourism sector

With nearly 4,000 job opportunities in the tourism industry, hospitality students are being prepared to assist Singapore in its quest to become a sustainable tourism destination and 'paradise' of urban well-being, said Minister of State (Trade and Enterprise), Ms Low Yen Ling at the Tourism Transformation 2023 event at the SP Convention Centre yesterday (20 Jan). She also shared that SP continues to improve its Diploma in Integrated Events and Project Management (DEPM) course curriculum to include best practices related to operations and green events.
