Berita Harian, 27 Mar 2017 - Article featured Mr Saiful Shahril Saini, who works as a senior system analyst for PUB. Having earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering at Nanyang Technological University in 2010, he decided to pick up mobile app development. He took up SP’s Specialist Diploma in Mobile Apps Development last year and is now equipped with useful skills such as website design, programming using PHP and Java Script.
