The Sunday Times, 15 Mar 2015 - SP’s final-year Diploma in Engineering with Business students, Mr Wellon Chou and Mr Gerald Lim, have successfully organised the first Singapore Open Memory Championship. The contest drew 52 participants from 10 countries, who competed in 10 categories in a test of their memory skills. The event is recognised by the World Memory Sports Council, founded by mind-mapping guru Tony Buzan and chess grandmaster Raymond Keene. Both Wellon and Gerald will also be setting up the Singapore Memory Sport Council, the local chapter of the world association by June this year.
