The Business Times, 4 Apr 2016 - Jointly developed by the Institute of Service Excellence at Singapore Management University and the Singapore Workforce Development Agency, the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore measures and reports customer satisfaction for various sectors. The index serves as an independent and objective national benchmark for the nation’s economy. Last year, SP received a score of 74.8, this is slightly lower than its score in 2014.
