24 Jul 2017

The Straits Times Online, 22 Jul 2017 - Article featured the first Cybersecurity Challenge Singapore, an initiative by the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA). The competitors ranged from polytechnic students to mid-career executives and were selected from more than 770 applicants. The competitors had pitted their wits against one another in the first stage of the Challenge, which tested their skills in areas like analysing network traffic and identifying vulnerabilities in computer servers. Chang Hui Zhen, a third-year Diploma in Infocomm Security Management student in SP, was the only female who made it to the finals. She is already developing a career in the sector, having taken up an internship with the Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies and hoping to study the subject at university.
