Debate over free school parking for teachers

The Straits Times, 9 Jan 2016 - Article reported the views of teachers and the public after it was announced that the Ministry of Education (MOE) is reviewing carpark charges for national schools and junior colleges in accordance to civil service guidelines. Article mentioned that the move was prompted after last year’s AGO report found that SP, TP and ITE are charging below market rates for their carpark spaces.
