Design thinking to humanise public service delivery

Kuensel, 29 Jun 2017 - Article in Kuensel, a Bhutan newspaper, featured the launch of the Design Thinking Guidebook by the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC), Bhutan and Temasek Foundation International, Singapore. The guidebook is expected to equip design-thinking practitioners to work on real projects by designing needs and solutions with communities to deeply understand the people. About 230 public service officers and leaders attended the workshops on design thinking and 23 of them were further trained as master trainers. These master trainers developed the guidebook with support from SP International.
